Get Referred to Companies

While we cannot guarantee a referral, a big reason we have Corporate Allies is to leverage their corporate referral programs to open doors for you. As a Kindredli Student, our Corporate Allies are taking a risk by referring you to their companies. Therefore, expect that our corporate allies will mock interview you to see if you would be a good fit into their traditional recruiting pipeline. If you get the referral, you've got one foot in the door!

Become a Mentee to an Industry Expert

Our Mentorship program is in partnership with our Corporate Allies but is not a referral or interview-based. The goal of mentorship is not to receive a job. Instead, this is a relationship you will foster with your mentor and can extend beyond the recruiting season. This is a great way to build your network and learn about your industry outside the bounds of professionalism. We promote having tough conversations like talking about racism in your industry, or wage gaps, or earning potentials.

Attend our Monthly Speaker Series

To remain as a Kindredli Student, you must attend at least 6 of our 12 Monthly Speaker Series per year. If you do not meet this requirement, your status as a Kindredli Student will be removed, and you will have to reapply.
