WHAT WE DO
Partnering Corporate Allies with
talented Students to increase representation, foster growth, and provide opportunities through referrals.
Students will have the opportunity to gain access to new companies by being referred through our Corporate Allies. While a referral does not guarantee a job, it does guarantee a foot in the door.
Students can choose to foster mentorship by becoming a mentee. Unlike other professional mentorships though, we promote having uncomfortable conversations about racism, sexism, and other -isms that you might face in your industry. It's important to us that guidance is partnered with honesty and transparency.
Corporate Allies gain the ability to sponsor diverse talent through referrals of our Kindredli Student Database giving you the power to increase representation in your workplace .
Corporate Allies can choose to become an industry mentor, but unlike other mentorships, we want to go beyond the professional veil. Therefore, we strongly promote having uncomfortable conversations like ones about racism, sexism, or homophobia you might experience in your industry. Our mentors lead by guidance and support but also with honesty and transparency.
